To manage, view or print your bills
With Online Billing you have access to your bills and bill details and the option to print them.
If you are currently receiving paper bills and would like to receive them online instead, you need to register for Online Billing first.
To access your online bills
- Log in to My Account.
- Click View Online Bill in the Payment Information section.
- My Invoice History will open, showing bills for the last 18 months.
- Click View Invoice next to the invoice you want to see.
To view online bill details
- Select the desired bill.
- Click the Details button in the middle of the screen to view the charges for that period. If you have more than one telephone number in your account, they will all be listed here.
- Click the Details button next to the number for which you want to view the usage details.
- The Summary page will open.
- Click the Fido Details button at the bottom of the screen to view all usage information.
To print a bill online
- Select the bill you want to print.
- Click the Download/Print PDF Invoice link located on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Print the bill like any other document, using Acrobat.
- You’ll need Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or higher to view/print the bill in PDF format.
Bill reprint requestThings to Know
- Bill reprints requested by phone are only sent by mail and a $4 charge per copy applies.
- Bill shipment delay: up to 5 business days.
- To get a bill reprint, call 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 and press * for our self-service menu.
To deactivate Online BillingIf you’re currently receiving your bills online but would like to receive paper bills by mail instead, you need to disable Online Billing from your account.
Things to Know
- Once Online Billing is deactivated, you’ll no longer be able to access your bills online and a $2 monthly charge will apply for a paper bill.*
- Log in to My Account.
- Click Online Billing Settings in the Payment Information section.
- Follow the instructions on screen.
