How to change your add-ons
Fido offers different add-ons to cover all your voice, messaging and entertainment needs. You can subscribe to an add-on directly on your phone by using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system, from you phone using the Fido Mobile Internet Portal , from your computer by logging into My Account or by speaking with a Fido representative.

Things to Know
- You will be required to provide your PIN.
- Transactions made in the automated system are completed in real time and take effect immediately.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account before making any changes.
How to proceed
- Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-482-3436 from any other phone.
- Follow the instructions

- Access the Fido Mobile Internet Portal by selecting the Internet icon from your phone menu
- Select My Account
- Select My options under Manage my services and follow the instructions.

- Log in into My Account
- Select Manage add-ons next to Add-ons under My Fido Service section
- Select the add-on of your choice and click ADD
For any other request (subscribe, modify or remove an add-on)
- Dial 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-482-3436 from any other phone and follow the instructions to speak to a Fido representative.
