In order to access the Automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) or to make a quick refill at Fido.ca, you will be required to enter your PIN. In case you have forgotten, you will need to reset it throughout our automated system.

Reset your PIN

From your Fido phone, dial 6-1-1, free of charge, or 1-888-482-3436 from a different phone and follow these steps:

Press 3 for Account changes
Press 4 for Personal Account Settings
Press 1 for Password changes
Press 2 for Account PIN
Press 5 to reset your PIN
Follow the instructions
