Forgotten PIN?

In order to access the Automated Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) or to make a quick refill at Fido.ca, you will be required to enter your PIN. In case you have forgotten, you will need to reset it throughout our automated system.

Reset your PIN

From your Fido phone, dial 6-1-1, free of charge, or 1-888-482-3436 from a different phone and follow these steps:

  • Press 3 for Account changes
  • Press 4 for Personal Account Settings
  • Press 1 for Change the account PIN
  • If you dialed:
    • 6-1-1: When prompting your PIN, Enter your phone number instead (since you have forgotten your PIN). Then, re-enter your phone number
    • 1-888-482-3436: Enter your Fido number
  • Press 5 to reset your PIN
  • Follow the instructions
