How to check your account balance & expiry date
You are able to verify your account balance and expiry date while on the go or from your computer. As well, you can validate your last 60 transactions (minutes used, text messages, airtime refill, etc.) on your computer via My Account.
From Fido.ca
To check your account balance and expiry date:
- Log in to My Account
- The Balance and Expiry dates are available under the Payment Information section.
To check the history of your last 60 transactions:
- Log in to My Account
- Select the Transaction History link under Payment Information in the Airtime Balance subsection.
- You’ll have either the Call History tab, where you’ll see calls, text messages and other usage, or the Transaction History tab, where you’ll see your refills, payments and so on.
From your phone
You can use different ways to consult your balance and expiry date from your phone. All these transactions are free of charge.

- Type *225
- Press the Call or Send button
- Your balance and expiry date will be presented on screen.
By calling us
- Dial 6-1-1 from your phone
- Your balance and expiry date will be given to you automatically
Mobile Internet
- Click on the My Account icon in the menu of your handset or open the Internet browser
- Click on View Account Balance
- Your balance and expiry date will appear on the screen
