Invoices and billing inserts (no additional charge upon request):

  • Large font (16 pts)
  • Grade 2 Braille
  • Text format on a 3.5-inch diskette
  • Automated Account Information Line (IVR)

Fido is currently offering a monthly credit for directory assistance to its customers who have identified themselves as having a loss of vision.
