How to disable compatibility view

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools menu (you may have to press Alt to bring up the menu).

Activate your phone with a monthly plan and no term contract

Now that you have your phone, you can start enjoying your Fido Service and all the perks that come with it!

First, you’ll have to activate your phone by following a few easy steps. Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following information:

  • your phone
  • your SIM card
  • your referral code (if applicable)
Important Note

If you want to activate a mobile phone that you have purchased outside of Canada or from a different carrier, you should be able to use it with Fido as long as it is “unlocked” and you will need to configure it with the proper settings. If your unlocked phone was reported stolen from a Fido or Rogers store, authorized retailer/dealer or UPS, it will not work and cannot be activated.
