Activate your phone without a term contract

Thank you for choosing Fido!

Now that you have your phone, you can start enjoying your Fido Service and all the perks that come with it!

First, you’ll have to activate your phone by following a few easy steps. Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following information:

  • your phone
  • your smart card
  • your referral code (if applicable)
Important Note

If you purchased your phone from an unauthorized retailer, please note that if you activate the phone, it may not function. Purchasing a device from an unauthorized source on the “grey market” is not recommended since its origin is unknown and it may not work on our network. If a handset purchased on the grey market was reported stolen from a Rogers or Fido store, authorized retailer/dealer or UPS, it will not work and cannot be activated.
