Manage, view or print your bill
With online billing, you can see and print your bills whenever you like, and pay bills online. Online billing is available for both active and cancelled accounts. Even if you are currently receiving paper bills, you can still log in and view your bill details online. Once you register for online billing, you can see full billing details online.

To view your bills online:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Click the View Bill link next to your account balance on the Overview page. Your bill will open.

To request a bill reprint:
- Paper and online billing customers can log in to fido.ca/myaccount to print or save PDF bills at no charge (see video above).
- If you’d still like a paper bill reprint sent through mail, keep in mind there’s a charge of $15 (plus taxes) and it can take up to 5 business days to receive it. For more info, give us a shout and we’ll help!
