Activate Online Billing

You can easily and securely view and pay your monthly bill on Fido.ca or the Fido My Account app whenever you like. Simply register for My Account (if you haven’t yet already) and sign up for online billing. Once that’s done, you will no longer receive paper bills and we’ll let you know each month by email that your bill is ready to be viewed online.

 

As of April 9, 2019, we are moving to online billing and we will no longer send you paper bills. Please ensure that you’re signed up for My Account and that we have the correct email address on file. If you would like to move to online billing ahead of time, please follow the steps below:

Switch to Online Billing on Fido.ca

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Profile & Settings from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select your account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down to Billing Type and select SWITCH NOW.
  5. Verify your email address and update if necessary.
  6. Select SWITCH TO ONLINE BILLING.

Update Your Email Address on Fido.ca

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Profile & Settings from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select your account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down to Contact Information and select the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Update your email address and select SAVE.

Things to keep in mind…

  • You must be the account holder to view your bill online.
  • Bills will remain available online for up to 18 months after their issuance date.
  • Your online bill will contain the same information as a paper bill and you can print the PDF version for your records.
  • Cancelled accounts will have limited access to their account information, but account holders can still view and make payments on bills for their last 18 months of activity.
  • Each separate bill you receive must be registered separately for online billing. (E.g., you have both mobile and internet services). You can use the same email address.
