Activate online billing

Online billing is a free service that allows you to view your monthly bills directly on fido.ca. Online billing is available for both active and cancelled accounts. If you share our concern for the environment, please use Online Billing and help save trees by using less paper.

All you have to do is register and you’ll have direct access to your invoices from anywhere you have internet access. We’ll send you an e-mail every month notifying you that your invoice is available, and you can then easily and securely view and pay your invoice online.

How to activate Online Billing:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Profile from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select your account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to Billing and click the green pen to enable editing.
  5. Select the online billing option.
  6. Click Save.
