• Prepaid airtime is billed by the minute and is applicable to local calls only.
• Each month, a 9-1-1 Emergency Access Fee of 75¢ (non-government fee) and a provincial 9-1-1 fee (if applicable) will be debited from your account balance. The 9-1-1 Emergency Access Fee is charged to provide our customers with access to emergency services. This is not a government fee or tax.
• Until February 28, 2010, long distance within Canada and to the U.S. is 30¢/min. (40¢/min. for CityFido prepaid plan), plus airtime. As of February 28, 2010, long distance within Canada and to the U.S. is 40¢/min. for the first 5 minutes you talk each day and 20¢/min. for all other minutes that same day, plus airtime.
• Airtime and long-distance charges may apply for some services.
• A partial day counts as an entire day with fixed per-day rates.
• $10, $20 and $30 vouchers provide access to the network for up to 30 days from date added to the account; $50 vouchers provide access to the network for up to 60 days from date added to the account.
• Text messages received from another mobile phone are free. There is a charge for premium text messages (alerts, messages related to content, contests and promotions).
• Activation credit is added to the prepaid airtime balance. $10 activation credit on CityFido prepaid plan and $25 on other prepaid rates. With new activation and purchase of a new phone; may not be combined with any other activation credit.
• The 10% bonus is available only with pay per minute or pay per day monthly refills subscribed to the Automatic Instant Refill service of $20 and the 15% bonus is available with monthly refills subscribed to automatic instant refill service of $30. Subject to Fido's Acceptable Use Policy. Fido reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer as well as the pricing at any time and without notice.
  
• Plan valid for one-month period. If your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the monthly fee of the CityFido prepaid plan for the following month at the end of any given month, a 40¢/min. rate will apply to all calls.
